Jackson Strife || 28 || he/him (left)Abandoned by his parents at birth, Jackson was left at a lab with a sadistic scientist who used him for experiments and his own personal pleasures. He would be trapped there with his cellmate Edwin until the age of 13 when an unknown man broke into the lab and rescued him. Jon Strife, would bring him home and later adopting the boy, helping him recover from his trauma.Rico || 30 || he\him (right)Grew up as a troubled kid, always causing problems for his single mother. The day came where his mother found him and a boy Rico had snuck into his room, after finding out her son’s orientation, she kicked him out in anger. He grabbed his things and left, living a life on the streets and falling into a life of theft, addiction and soon jail time. When he turned 18, he’d be selling his body for the sake of money. He currently lives with Jackson in a shared home, clean of any substances and sex work.

Growing up more lavish than everyone else, he never let it change him; hating the attention, the special treatment, he found it foolish that people would sacrifices their daily gains just for him. It wasn’t only due to the fact that he was of royalty but also because he was the first and only hybrid of both Vampire & Demon. 300 years ago he’d be seen as a curse, something that shouldn’t have been made but in current times, he’s seen as a blessing, something to be protected. After losing his family and dearest friend, Sanguine’s Rest burns to flames by the hand of a sick scientist, his soul gets placed into a small boy in which he shares a body with. He feels nothing but anger and seeks revenge for what that man did to him.Lotus Hampshire || 119 (deceased) || he\him (right)A vampire alchemist who lives in Sanguine’s Rest, dedicating his life to nature, alchemy, and all things medicinal. Living his life as a lonely recluse, never really got along with other children. The only person who actually managed to get close to him was Randall, his one and only friend. Since the day they met, he’s had a large admiration towards the prince, it was almost painful. Being struck with multiple mental problems (BPD, chronic anxiety, ED & depression), he would find himself uneasy when he finds that his only friend finds interest in a woman, he fears he’ll lose his only friend. Does he see him as just a friend? He won’t admit it. His mental health is strongly affected and from the dark magic he illegally learned, his body rots from the inside out and drives him mad. He doesn’t suffer for long, he’s been murdered during the fire.
Holly Phillips || 133 || she\her (left)A hallucination made by Lotus Hampshire. After suffering with his feelings for the prince, he suddenly imagines Holly and she becomes someone he can count on. According to Lotus, she’s works in the tailor shop and very obviously has feelings for Lotus. His own feelings begin to grow for her, never taking into account that she’s not real and he only imagined her to help with the pain of Randall being with another. In his afterlife, he knew the whole time but for the sake of his health, he denied it.Loretta Blackthorn || 132 || she\her (right)A kindhearted woman in Sanguine’s Rest, often seen doing volunteer work around the village. She finds interested in Randall, the prince of their village to which they soon see each other more often and begin to date, unaware of the pain she’s causing Lotus. During the Sanguine’s Rest massacre, she managed to evacuate as many people as she could. When the fires died down and everyone was regrouped, she took on the role of a leader after their king and queen were murdered and the prince kidnapped.

In Aetheolora, where demons and vampires used to be at war with each other, Vermillion carried a heavy burden, a secret identity to which no one knew. He’s be sent to wipe out rebel camps who were against the ideology of war and their leader’s policies. Whenever he wasn’t The Crimson Knight, he resides as a smuggler in Vaunoir village, a rebel camps that took him in as a child when his birth home was wiped out by Vum’eicus himself. He lost his family and friends, the sole survivor of his village who as a vengeance filled teen, regrettably took on the role and burden of becoming his enemies’ henchman, the ambassador of demons. Even after the death of his Lord and the fall of Aetheolora, this old life haunts him and deeply regrets it.Lucina Crove Rousseau || 453 || she\her (right)Married to Vermillion and sharing the duty as a butler, she too 300 years ago was a tyrant knight. The Dandelion Knight of Vampires. Unlike Vermillion who remained anonymous when on duty, Lucina was open about her identity and followed her Lord, Phaehmoina of Vampires. Just like Vermillion, she wiped out rebel camps, her only difference, she was permitted to spare children, unlike Vermillion. Before her time as a knight, she was living miserably in an old orphanage where women were forced to be nothing but housewives and soon married off when they were adults. She gained her spot as The Dandelion Knight by proving her mental strength to Phaehmoina which was to murder her own husband. She was so power hungry yet she couldn’t bring herself to do it considering she was carrying his child, until she saw that man with another woman. Her hunger for power took over and she burnt their home down, killing the man and his mistress who were inside. Unfortunately the stress got to her, she lost the child. Phaehmoina saw this sacrifice and appointed her, head knight.
